How accurate is the location shown on the map?
We update our location in real time as the truck moves or parks. In busy downtown streets, the pin may show the closest legal parking spot rather than the exact door — look for the cream-and-caramel truck with warm string lights within half a block of the pin.
Do I need a reservation or ticket to eat at the truck?
No reservations are required — we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. On busier evenings, you can join our text waitlist at the truck and explore the neighborhood while we prepare your order.
Is there seating available at each spot?
Most of our locations offer public benches, low walls, or plaza seating. On select nights, we partner with nearby wine bars and coffee shops where you can bring your food inside — check the notes under each location on this page.
What if the truck sells out before I arrive?
On very busy nights we may sell out 30–60 minutes before closing time. When that happens, we immediately update this page and our Instagram Stories. To be safe, we recommend arriving within the first two hours of service.
